Selected Projects

Explore a selection of our recent custom home builder Sydney projects, from custom new homes to major renovations and duplex developments. Each project reflects the same commitment to quality workmanship, considered design, and close attention to detail that has defined Vanda Constructions for over 30 years.

Our work spans Sydney’s North Shore, Northern Beaches, and Eastern Suburbs, with projects ranging from Federation-era restorations to contemporary new builds. Every one of our Sydney home builder projects starts with a genuine conversation about our client’s vision, budget, and lifestyle, and we stay closely involved from initial design through to final handover.

As a family-owned custom home builder in Sydney, we take on a limited number of projects at any one time. This means every client gets our full attention, not just at the start of the build, but throughout the entire process. From council approvals and structural planning through to the final finishing touches, we’re there every step of the way.

Many of the homes featured here started as a simple conversation about what a family needed from their space more room to grow, a better connection to the outdoors, or a complete transformation of a tired, dated home. Seeing that vision through to a finished result is what we enjoy most about this work.

Whether it’s a knockdown rebuild, a heritage renovation, or a granny flat or duplex addition, each project on this page reflects the same process: thoughtful design, transparent communication, and a build finished to a standard we’d be happy to put our name on. Browse the projects below to see the range of work we’ve completed across Sydney.
