For 28 years Vanda has been servicing the Lower North Shore, Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs as a family owned Sydney residential custom home builder.

Vanda specialises in custom boutique architectural designed homes combined with renovations, extensions and first floor additions. 

The company, started by a father and his son, has grown into a successful business. Vanda comprises of a team of both administrative and on-site. It also has an extensive network of subcontractors and suppliers.
