ESTIMATE

To help you plan your project, the Vanda team will provide you with a cost estimate based on your DA drawings and documentation. If you do not have a DA, we can engage several of our architects to give you a free design brief. To give you peace of mind, we can also arrange for you to see some of our recently completed projects.

CONSTRUCTION

Before construction begins, we will provide you with an industry-standard building contract, along with all relevant builders’ insurances. Our approach is professional project management from start to finish, with all discussions documented and emailed daily. We also hold weekly site meetings throughout the contract period to ensure full customer participation and satisfaction. Site supervision is provided by both directors and the Vanda team on a day-to-day basis. We only subcontract local reputable tradespeople who have worked with Vanda Constructions before.

HANDOVER

At the handover stage, the Vanda team will undertake a thorough walk-through and explain and demonstrate all aspects of your new home to you. The defects liability period will commence at handover, during which we will resolve any teething issues during your initial occupation. After the project completion and defects liability period, we will maintain contact and continue to work with you to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and a strong homeowner-builder relationship.
